- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be fair and understanding when picking a price that suits that particular client. We get it..life is hard. So why should that be a factor when it comes to getting the pictures everyone deserves? We also try to do discounts on every Holiday. AND we have a FREE photo shoot give-a-ways a few times a year, so be sure to follow us on our Facebook page because that is where we post the information for those!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer messages us with any questions. Then we ask what they specifically need and from there we price the shoot and schedule a date. If it is a more special shoot we help plan everything and buy props.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I have dedicated countless hours of research and hours of perfecting our photography skills. We have worked with other well known photographers in the area as well. We officially have an LLC for McAuliffe Photography! My husband has his commercial real estate certificate and we both have our drone license!
