Introduction: I have represented hundreds of people in criminal cases, both state and Federal. Further, I have handled appeals in both the state and federal court systems. I am board-certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the State Bar of Texas and have represented hundreds of people who have been injured in some way (e.g. car wrecks and work injuries). I also handle family law cases. I am an experienced courtroom lawyer with high ethical standards. The State Bar of Texas has asked me to serve on the Committee on Administration of the Rules of Evidence, which makes recommendations to the Supreme Court of Texas about needed changes to the Texas Rules of Evidence (the rules that govern every trial in a Texas court). When a client hires me, I personally handle the case.
