Michael exceeded my expectations. I was having a fiasco with one leak outside which was originally the reason for my service request then in the midst of navigating this issue, the handle on my son’s bathtub broke and would not turn off 😩 He provided clear communication regarding his schedule and continued to respond to my questions until I was able to schedule an appointment. He got out as quickly as he could to address my concerns. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The value was definitely reasonable. I’ve added him to my contacts as my preferred plumber. I just let the customer explain what and how this problem came about so I can have a better idea of how I can repair the problem. I diagnose the issue based on their explanation and then give a flat rate price to resolve the issue.
