I’ve had several quotes for a main water line leak I’ve had in the front yard. Michael was the first to actually put eyes on the leak before trying to diagnose. This allowed him to repair the leak the proper way without having to replace 4 feet of piping. Will definitely be using him in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I have flat rate pricing system. So, you know the price before I grab a tool
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just let the customer explain what and how this problem came about so I can have a better idea of how I can repair the problem. I diagnose the issue based on their explanation and then give a flat rate price to resolve the issue.

I have a responsible masters plumbing license with 16 years experience in both new construction and remodel/repair plumbing
