- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's a good idea to take a look at the home before I quote a price but sometimes I will quote before I look at the house if I have some type of measurements or pictures
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to talk to the customer first to get an idea of what they're looking or possibly a call first and then coming out and meeting with them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through State Farm property education and roofing and also auto and home adjusting
