I just want to start by saying my experience with working with Ridgeline General Contractors was very smooth thru out the entire remodel. Mr. Moore & his staff are very professional & they treated my home as if it were their own! The job ended up very beautiful. All I can say is wow! What a professional company. From start to finish. Lance and his employees have got such great manners and professionalism down. Paula contacted me within an hour of being on thumbtack. We set up a time that was good for me (even though it was on a weekend). When I met with her she was sweet and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns I had about the process of the roof or the insurance were answered and I was at ease knowing I could count on and trust her to keep me in the loop. When the process was all said and done the roof looked great. My husband and myself were so pleased with the whole thing that if we ever need anything done in the future this will be the company we use. I have already recommended several of my friends and family. Thanks Ridgeline for everything.

I need my kitchen remodeled. I contacted Ridgeline General Contractors. The salesman assigned to my job was very intelligent and educated in his field of work. They were punctual and polite. They monitored my job every step of the way and always made sure I was informed about the process and it turned out beautiful. I couldn't be happier with this company. I will be sure to use them in the future for any further updates to my home and reccomend them to family and friends.

I had never tried to tackle a job of this magnitude with my home. Thank goodness for Lance, Kyle, and Tracy who were so informative and polite. They sat with my husband and I and explained everything to us. They also offered great insight to help us make decisions on some things we hadn't finalized yet that would greatly add to the value of our home. They were available at anytime I could not of been happier that I choose this company. If anyone is out there looking for a company to do a remodel this company is the one to call. From the time I met with Ridgeline down to the finish of my pool house, they were constantly on top of everything. Always answered my concerns & kept me updated on the construction. They finished this a week ahead of schedule and I completely love their work. Everyone was very friendly and wonderful! Thank you Ridgeline for such an awesome job!!! Will definitely be using them again!

We provide free inspections & estimates. Our services are bid per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial meeting with customer to discuss their construction needs. Discuss plans, blueprints or other helpful sources. Acquire materials and schedule our workers. Complete the project with a final walk through with the customer for full satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner is a 3rd generation contractor born & raised south of the DFW area.
