All I can say is wow! What a professional company. From start to finish. Lance and his employees have got such great manners and professionalism down. Paula contacted me within an hour of being on thumbtack. We set up a time that was good for me (even though it was on a weekend). When I met with her she was sweet and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns I had about the process of the roof or the insurance were answered and I was at ease knowing I could count on and trust her to keep me in the loop. When the process was all said and done the roof looked great. My husband and myself were so pleased with the whole thing that if we ever need anything done in the future this will be the company we use. I have already recommended several of my friends and family. Thanks Ridgeline for everything.

We had water getting into our garage wall from the roof. I gave Ridgeline a call and they immediately knew what the problem was. Doug was very professional and within a weeks time we had a new roof thay was covered by insurance, and our molded garage wall was replaced. They were on time for every appointment and did excellent work. I will be using Rigdeline again for my future services.

Lance responded promptly and got us on the right path. We had adjusters and subcontractors to deal with. He managed everything and brought us in at the right times. I have remodeled homes as general contractor and general handyman but it sure was nice for me and my wife to get out of the way and Lance take care of us in a humble and respectful manner. He is one of God's soldiers.

As a couple my Husband and I really wanted to get out Kitchen done before all the holidays this year. We were careful to remember that whoever we hired to do the job would need to make 100% positive that they could begin and complete the job before the holidays were here. We had hired another company to do some other work in the past and it was not done in the time it should of been. So this time we chose to go with a new company Ridgeline and we couldn't be more pleased with the service, products, employees, management, and all around company. We were able to sit down with Lance and complete the kitchen ideas we had planned. A quote was produced within a few days and we were ready to start this project. I already knew what appliances and colors I wanted, however they offered me other choices for tile and things and I was surprised to find that I went with some of their choices. All I can say is overall the communication and attention to detail was awesome. They really took time to get with me and my husband before anything was finalized. I can honestly say that if we ever need another home repair or remodel I already know who to call. I just want to take the time to say thank you to Lance and all the people at Ridgeline General Contractors for all your help and being able to get us holiday ready.

Make initial meeting with customer to discuss their construction needs. Discuss plans, blueprints or other helpful sources. Acquire materials and schedule our workers. Complete the project with a final walk through with the customer for full satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner is a 3rd generation contractor born & raised south of the DFW area.
