From the very beginning of the process they were very professional, David came out with technical information regarding where and how much sun each part of our yard normally received. Provided his opinion on what type of sod we needed, stated we did not need to re-sod our entire property, but de-thatch which was cost savings right up front. His quote was the most professional we had received from the 3 companies, he had a breakdown of every single item including time. This by far was most impressive as the others just gave a flat fee, nothing else. During the process of tearing up our front and back yard they also put our sprinkler head up higher to accommade the top soil and new sod, this definitley took more time, but in the end saved us from having to have another company come out and pull them all up. We also added 18 inches of cement to our driveway which required them to dig up and move our irrigation system. They did come back after the work was done when we found one of the sprinkler heads was leaking to repair it...they definitely take pride in their work and customer satisfaction! David and his team were very professional and informative throughout the process. If we ever need any other work done on our property we are definitely contacting Beary Nice Landscaping. My only regret is I didnt take any pictures of how bad our lawn was prior, and havent taken pictures since it was completed, due to all the rain we have been receiving.

I had been out of my house for three months while repairs were getting done. When I came back the lawn was super overgrown and out of control. David and his team were able to be scheduled quickly! My lawn was mowed, edged, and aerated as well as the weeds taken care of. Planning on booking again!
