If I can give more than 5 stars to Dusty Grimes I would! My main breaker tripped and all my power was shut off when I contacted dusty, and he came out the same day and got our power back on. After diagnosing the problem he discovered that not only was our breaker put together wrong but our heater was old and going bad but it wasn’t wired correctly and causing the main breaker to burn out. I got a second opinion from another company (which is something I always do) who came to the same conclusion as dusty but charged me 3xs more to do the same job. That proved to me that he was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about and wasn’t trying to rip me off. Once the job was complete he made sure to clean up after himself and ensured everything was working properly with the entirely new main breaker.

Dusty did a great job for us and I would recommend him for any electrical need. He’s a master electrician and gave me great advice on some remodeling we are doing. We added recessed lights, added some additional plugs, and changed out a couple of fans and chandeliers. He arrived on time each day and was friendly, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Definitely recommend him and will use again.

Wow, what an exceptional experience! I knew immediately (before he even arrived) that Dusty was going to be awesome. He was so polite in all of our correspondence... always yes ma'am and thank you ma'am... which told me that he was respectful and that he had good values. He also was amazing at keeping me in the loop which included texting me when he was on his way and explaining what he was doing and why. He also made sure that we were constantly aligned on expectations and made sure that he was doing everything just how I wanted it. And on top of that he didn't mind me asking 1,000 questions about things he wasn't even there for... like goats and plants and even wild pigs (hahahaha yes you read that correctly). He was happy to share all his extra expertise at no additional cost. :) He didn't treat me like a customer, he treated me like we had known each other forever. I really can't say enough great things about him. Go with Dusty, you will NOT regret it. I most DEFINITELY will be using Dusty for all of my future electrical needs. He is the BEST!
