- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A proper introduction and an explanation of what I can provide followed by relative questions regarding the task at hand to ensure I have a full grasp on what is being required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an electrical engineer in the Navy for 10 years in which I acquired master levels of management skills and coordination. I’ve spent the last year under my father learning from him in regard to our roofing services
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve just recently gotten out of the service at 10 years and am now working in the family business. Personally, I have a deep background in management quality assurance, but the peak experience is held by other members of our business who can collectively add 40+ years.
