I contacted Travis about removing old fans and light fixtures and replacing them with new ones. We went over the scope of work on the phone, met in person to review, scheduled the work and everything went smoothly.

Travis was excellent. He promptly replied to my request for a quote and listened as I explained my problem. He then offered assistance without making me feel stupid. He was able to fix my problems and made sure to clean up his work area. Considering he had to work around some shoddy handy work and did not upcharge me I am extremely satisfied and would use him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A proper introduction and an explanation of what I can provide followed by relative questions regarding the task at hand to ensure I have a full grasp on what is being required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an electrical engineer in the Navy for 10 years in which I acquired master levels of management skills and coordination. I’ve spent the last year under my father learning from him in regard to our roofing services
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve just recently gotten out of the service at 10 years and am now working in the family business. Personally, I have a deep background in management quality assurance, but the peak experience is held by other members of our business who can collectively add 40+ years.
