We focus on quality-driven renovation, not the cheapest option. Our pricing reflects proper prep, professional materials, and long-term durability—so you don’t have to redo the job later. We provide clear, detailed estimates with no hidden fees. Most projects require a deposit to secure scheduling, with remaining payments tied to progress milestones. If you’re looking for fast and cheap, we may not be the best fit—but if you want it done right the first time, we’re a strong match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project, goals, and budget so we don’t waste your time. From there, we schedule an on-site walkthrough to assess the space, identify any underlying issues, and discuss the best approach. You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate outlining scope, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule your project, collect a deposit, and keep communication consistent throughout the job so you always know what’s happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 15 years of hands-on renovation experience, working across a wide range of residential projects from cosmetic updates to full remodels. In addition, I hold an MBA from Texas Tech and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, which gives me a strong foundation in project management, communication, and client experience. That combination allows me to approach projects with both technical skill and a high level of professionalism.
