We call to make a quote, and Mandy response immediately. We meet after that and she made all the measurements for the house and then she sent me the quote. We haven’t decided yet but we will see what we can do to make sure that we can get the house done. So far she was very professional, punctual, and very responsive to all questions about the project.

I met recently with Mandy to discuss some future projects I have in the works in the Wichita Falls area. She was very responsive and seemed very knowledgeable about the area with what seemed a vast knowledge of the local construction community. Most notably, Mandy seemed to have a deep commitment to delivering a quality product at a reasonable price. I haven’t had her complete any work for me as of yet, but plan to do so in the future. If you’re needing work done in the area, I would highly recommend Mandy at the very least for a consult/estimate and you’ll probably be very impressed.

Mandy walked into a nightmare from previous contractors. She has made it a point to get the job demo’f and redone correctly. Her crew is efficient and makes great progress every day. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project, goals, and budget so we don’t waste your time. From there, we schedule an on-site walkthrough to assess the space, identify any underlying issues, and discuss the best approach. You’ll receive a clear, itemized estimate outlining scope, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule your project, collect a deposit, and keep communication consistent throughout the job so you always know what’s happening.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 15 years of hands-on renovation experience, working across a wide range of residential projects from cosmetic updates to full remodels. In addition, I hold an MBA from Texas Tech and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, which gives me a strong foundation in project management, communication, and client experience.
