- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be TBD depending on project types. We provide Military and First responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up an in home consultation, and do a walk through to verify what they want/need. Then at that time we can assist in the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified in many different trades through multiple manufactures. We are Insured, OSHA, IICRC certified. We complete multiple Continuing education courses on a regular basis to stay educated on new products in the market.
