Mike did a great job on my toilet installation. Very friendly and got to me within several hours of my posting. Hard working and great service. I definitely recommend him.
Very responsive to questions and very flexible in scheduling. Reasonably priced and really knew their stuff about toilet installation. Would use again.
We hired Dan to install a toilet. He was prompt, responsive, professional, and performed quality work. He even helped fix our pocket door that was stuck. His prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
Reliable and honest about work that was needed to prevent further problems with toilet install. Will use again for other projects.
he installed the kitchen fan as requested and cleaned up the loose, hanging wiring and electrical boxes from dismantling of garage wall in preparation for installation of garage door.
I had some lighting installation needed to be done in my dining room and bedrooms. Unfortunately he was over an hour late due to an client emergency. He did call and let me know. His work was fantastic and he got to work as soon as he got here.
We had Lawrence come and install a new bathtub we had purchased. It was cast iron, so I made sure to be on hand to help, but Lawrence didn't need much at all and managed to get a heavy tub in a tight space. We prepped the area for him ahead of time and I'm very glad we removed the nearby toilet to ensure there was as much space to work with as possible. We're very happy with the installation and especially the workmanship. Lawrence was also great about showing us his progress and how things functioned to make sure we were satisfied.
I had a leak at the base of my toilet. He responded very quickly. He came by the next day and took a look to confirm it. He was available the next day to repair it. Cost was reasonable & work was done in a timely manner! He also provided me with the receipt for the parts that were needed!
Thomas was extremely helpful. I hired him to come inspect a possible leak, which was no charge. It ended up being a really large leak under my driveway. After the location of the leak was discovered, he fixed it right away and kept me updated and informed throughout the process so I understood what was going on. He also fixed my running toilet while he was at my house:) I highly recommend hiring Thomas. He is is professional and has excellent customer service!
Eric was on time. And did a great repair on my toilet.
Plumb Perfect came to my rescue! Just three before Christmas & with out-of-town guests, I had no functioning toilet & a slow draining tub. Michael was able to come out within hours of my contacting him, wrestle with my obstinate tree root issue in the cold rain, rebuild one toilet, replace both toilet wax rings, & replace one of my water supply valves. He explained what was causing my issues and recommended things I could do to prevent further trouble. Plus he even gave me a tool to use for any future toilet clogging trouble! And after everything he had to do, I was expecting a MUCH higher bill than what I actually paid. I am definitely planning on hiring Plumb Perfect for my next plumbing project!
Larry was actually early and fixed a toilet and faucet. Reasonable pricing and pleased with work done. Would hire again.
Clint was on time, professional and very reasonably priced. He replaced plumbing valve/s underneath our kitchen sink. I would highly recommend him to anyone and he will be our first call the next time we need any plumbing work done at our home. Thank you, Clint!
Quick response, was able to repair my toilet within 1 day. Thank You!
They installed a water Heater at my house and I can't be more thankful. Thank you!
Mike did a great job quick efficient and easy to work with I'll definitely be using him again for any other plumbing projects that come up!
Joe installed a tankless heater for me and did a great job. Was on time and got the job done quick.
One day I had a small project of replacing a kitchen faucet, that turned quickly into a nightmare of a gushing water leak from the supply lines under the sink. What had happened was, I went under the sink to shut off the water, and the connector to the ice maker was loose. When I tried to tighten the connector it broke, and that's when my kitchen was about to be flooded. due to the fact that the connector was installed before the cutoff valve. So while I lay under the sink trying to manually hold the connector in place, my wife had to make a call. This was on a Saturday of course. We new this was a job for "The Fixxer". So we called and he came out, first he had to cut off the water valve so our kitchen wouldn't flood, then he put a professional style connector on with a dual valve and cut-off so we don't have that same problem again. He also connected the ice maker line that had not been connected yet. and assisted in the installation of the faucet. Professional work, done at a reasonable price, in a timely manner, on a Saturday!
Excellent job on bathroom sink and faucet installation. Also replacement of kitchen faucet. Pleasant and polite!
I had an emergency sewer overflow and went to thumbtack inc for help. I received two offers back for immediate service on a Friday afternoon. Although I clicked on the first coming through I happened to notice two ratings on Diamond plumbing. Both were complaining about the $90 service fee for an estimate. Somehow many have lost site that a business has to buy and maintain a vehicle; pay insurance, gas and employee costs just to give you an estimate! I was grateful to see these reasonable rates and fast response from this company. I'll definitely give them a try if I need plumbing service in the future.
They were on time and completed work efficiently. Their prices are way above market and I was way overcharged for a disposal replacement. We had them look at our toilet handle that was broken as well and they quoted $150 for a "partial rebuild." All my toilet needed was a new $10 handle which I bought at Home Depot and put on myself. The original reason for the call was my shower pressure has diminished greatly. They suggested I replace the shower head (which I ended up doing on my own after buying a new one from Home Depot). When I got home from work (my wife was there during the work being done) the kitchen sink faucet (where they replaced the garbage disposal) is not so loose I have to hold it still with one hand to turn it on and keep it from coming out of the frame. I am having the same issue with my shower handle where they removed the shower head to verify it just needed a new one.
