- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on sq.ft and job difficulty for the most part. Wallpaper chosen can also play a roll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we will ask for good photos of the area along with wall dimensions. Then discuss the project and confirm that their walls surface will be suitable for peel and stick paper. Heavy texture and some paints do not work well with peel and stick. Also, will suggest getting samples from whoever you're getting your paper from if offered. Then placing on the wall and giving it about a week to see how it adheres
