- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every photo shoot is different! I would love to hear about your unique plans to help create a custom package to best fit your vision. Since I am new to Thumbtack, clients who sign up during the final months of 2023, receive $50 off my hourly rates! I do require a 40% non-refundable retainer once you're ready to lock in your date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's get to chatting! After the initial who, what, where, when, and why questions... my process is super clear and easy. I will send you a link to our contract and find a time to jump on a quick call. During that call, we will get to know each other and create a clear vision for your shoot!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your photographer should help you feel at home and comfortable during your shoot! Look for a photographer who cares deeply about your story and how to capture it. The more comfortable you are around your photographer, the better your photos will be.
