- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every property is different, so pricing is based on factors such as the size of the property, the type of pest, and the level of treatment required. Before any work begins, we'll provide a clear quote so you know exactly what to expect. We also offer discounts for bundled services and qualifying customers, along with referral incentives. Some specialized treatments, such as enhanced scorpion control or termite services, may have additional costs due to the specialized products and application methods they require. If your service price changes over time, we'll communicate those changes in advance whenever possible. Our goal is to deliver the best value by providing safe, effective pest control backed by reliable service and free re-treatments between scheduled visits if covered pests return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every home and business is different, so we start by understanding your specific pest concerns and inspecting the property to identify potential entry points, nesting areas, and conditions that may be contributing to the problem. Based on our findings, we'll recommend a customized treatment plan and explain exactly what we'll be doing. Once service is completed, we provide recommendations to help reduce future pest activity and schedule ongoing maintenance if needed. Our goal isn't just to treat the pests you see today, but to provide long-term protection through proactive service, clear communication, and reliable follow-up. If pests return between scheduled visits, we're happy to come back and make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is licensed by the State of Utah and receives ongoing training in pest identification, treatment methods, product safety, and industry best practices. We stay current with changing regulations, new products, and evolving pest management techniques to ensure every treatment is both safe and effective. Since founding the company in 2014, we've treated thousands of homes and businesses across Utah, giving us extensive hands-on experience with the unique pest challenges found throughout the state. We believe that continuing education, practical field experience, and a commitment to customer service are the foundation of delivering exceptional pest control.
