April was great! She found the perfect location, she worked well with my picture-hating 10 year old, and she took great photos. It only took about 3 weeks to have our edited photos from the day we took the pictures.

April was a pleasure to work with. She arrived on time and did not complain or take away time when we were 10 minutes late. She allowed to make suggestions as to where to take photo within our location and how we wanted to pose ourselves. She also offered advice and comments that made our pictures turn out " just the way we wanted". Although photos were not expected to be ready for 7-10 days, we had them in just 3 DAYS. How exciting !!! Thanks April for your great work and sharing your talents.

April was an amazing photographer! She chose a gorgeous venue, let us choose what groupings we wanted and she was so quick! She was able to get absolutely stunning pictures of my family even while it was freezing cold and an infant. I will most definitely be using her for any and all of our future photography needs.

April was amazing to work with, and our family loved the work she did for us. Her work was beautiful, and she really knew how to achieve the look we were looking for in our photos. April had numerous ideas of great places to take my daughter's wedding pictures at and was willing to go to whatever location (at whatever time) we decided on. She even travelled on her own time to check out a spot (in another city) we had found to make sure it would work. April has that gift of bringing a group together and finding everyone's best smile, even a 2-year old's. The scenery in our background has its own special touch which April really has an eye for. We were very pleased and would use her again for any event. She will be taking our family photos soon!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive for industry standards. I never have any hidden costs. My quote includes everything including travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is the following:
1. Client will communicate all of their photography needs so that I get a full understanding of all photography needs, expectations, etc.....
2. I will give my final quote based on the needs communicated by the client
3. Establish a date, time, and location for photo session.
4. Client will receive a call or text the day before session just to touch base one last time before we meet for photoshoot.
5. Meet at desired location day of session. Photograph client/clients as discussed during the booking of the shoot.
6. Client must pay total balance of photo session on or before the scheduled session.
7. Depending on the season, the turn around time for photos are usually no more than 2 weeks.
8. All photos are edited and saved in high resolution format, and returned back to the client via online gallery. A link will be emailed to the client. The client will then be able to download photos onto their device.
9. The gallery will expire in 30 days. If a client needs a link to be reactivated there is a $25 fee.
10. After everything is completed. The client will receive an email asking about their experience. Reviews are very much appreciated. =)
