- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 5% discount to first responders, active duty military and veterans. I have a $20 minimum for any project that you require
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with smaller projects then work toward bigger projects. Being honest about when a contractor is needed. Giving written invoices for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years training to be a journeyman, 7 years working on various aspects of construction of homes and industrial locations.
