- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices may be higher then others or lower then others, but I know what I'm doing and if you're not completely satisfied then I will do whatever needs to be done to make you happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, do a walk thru with the customer and find out what their expectations are, and get the job finished.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked for cleaning companies before, and decided I needed to go to work for myself.
