Introduction: I offer gentle therapeutic yoga to skilled, beginners and anyone who has never practiced yoga before. I accept students of all ages. I also offer pre and post-natal yoga. I offer a 200-hour yoga alliance teacher's training which is affordable and complete as a foundation to become a certified yoga teacher. I specialize in Kundalini yoga offering both therapeutical and general public classes. I offer private coaching sessions in this modality. My center is spectacularly located at the heart of the Golden Circle of Southern Utah and Zion.
