We are a family owned local business out of Draper. We provide a very personal and professional experience. Every job we take on is very important to us and we want to make sure everyone is completely satisfied at the end of their project. We will not cut corners, do sloppy work or rush through your project. We provide a lifetime installation warranty on all projects and truly care about what service we are providing. We stock lots of carpet, vinyl and laminate in our warehouse, ready to go for people who need to get a project completed quickly or for those on a budget. When buying in bulk, we are able to provide discounted prices for good quality products. The workmanship, exactness, and attention to detail with this tile job is by far the best quality we have seen through three separate tiling projects. In this line of work, perfectly placed tile in an exact line and pure gaps should be a given, but this is the first tiling job we had seen done with absolute perfection. Well done!

Big Bear installed a new floor for about 1,200 feet, and created a special approach to steps leading down to our family room. Overall, our experience was very good! From the beginning when Marco visited us to discuss the installation to final touches, the process was professional and dependable. The flooring team were on time very day and were very good communicating with us on their plans and made sure we were included on any on the spot decisions to be made. The "steps" team were true artisans and took a bit longer than planned but reflect the high quality approach that they accomplished. This experience was one of the best contractor projects we have had in our home. We wholeheartedly recommend Big Bear to other potential clients.

Wonderful experience, Ashley was very helpful in helping me choose the right color and was very consistent with communication and always responded quickly I feel like I made a new friend with her, Mario as well great communication and professional wonderful installers as well, And overall great experience and the best part was the great price, Thank All of y'all.
