- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very competitive and we always come out, no charge for an estimated quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free estimate, talk about the color you want and the sheen you are looking for. Next, we send you the estimate, and once it is approved by you and the required 50% down, we schedule the work. We do require the furniture all moved by the customer before our crews begin. After the work is completed, there is a final walk through with Josh and then the final 50% payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the interior painting business for 17 years!
