Hired on Thumbtack
At the end of a home remodel, I decided to hire painters to finish the job. Went with JC Painting Pros, who I located on Thumbtack. I needed someone with a quick turnaround time and they were able to accommodate. I ended up having to leave the country before their start date but they were able to complete the work. They completed the work same day and sent me pictures. I immediately realized the paint color was incorrect (I provided the paint). Upon returning home and inspecting the work, I recognized they did an excellent job, it was just the incorrect color completely (I discovered Lowes made a serious issue and did not correctly scale the paint) and I asked them if they could return and complete the job again. They were extremely accommodating and were able to send someone out next day. James, who was extremely friendly and detail oriented, re-completed the job same day. The work was fantastic, the price was more than fair, and everyone I interacted with was very professional. Would absolutely recommend this group to my friends and family. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very competitive and we always come out, no charge for an estimated quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free estimate, talk about the color you want and the sheen you are looking for. Next, we send you the estimate, and once it is approved by you and the required 50% down, we schedule the work. We do require the furniture all moved by the customer before our crews begin. After the work is completed, there is a final walk through with Josh and then the final 50% payment.

We have been in the interior painting business for 17 years!
