I've worked with these guys a lot in the past. They do real quality work that I feel sets them apart from other craftsmen out there. They truly care about making sure the project exceeds customer expectations. On top of that, they are reliable in doing what they say they will do. They also care deeply about the relationship they have with their customers. This is evident in both their professional dealings as well as personal interactions, as I've had the benefit of knowing them outside of work. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For custom projects we go as follows. 1. Site visit. 2. Price for the work is given and discussed. 3. Once a price is agreed, the project is draw up in 3D. 4. Once the design is approved, 50% deposit billed and the work commences. 5. Usually, within 3-5 weeks the project is delivered/installed. Final payment is billed upon satisfactory completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An entire life of woodwork enthusiasm, and passion. Which includes more than 6 years as a professional finish carpenter. More than 11 years as a construction foreman/superintendent.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners. Home Builders/Contractors. Interior Designers. Architects.
