- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer first time discounts for new customers up to 20% off! We, as many do, charge by the square foot so sometimes Thumbtack can be off in their auto pricing. Not much we can do about it but we’ll try our best to give you the most accurate quote possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers! Typically we see if we can do an onsite estimate for the work. If that’s not possible we can do a virtual estimate or base it off standard room sizes. That said, price may vary a bit because when we arrive, we will measure the rooms we are doing if we haven’t done an official estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have continued training and education each month. We are always learning the best practices and are up on current technologies for our industry.
