We had a tankless waterheaterinstalled by Northridge and couldn't be happier. Tayler was super responsive, highly professional, and did a great job replacing our two existing tank waterheaters, while cleaning up the existing rat's nest of piping associated with the old waterheaters. I had several bids and Northridge was the least expensive while having a very high level of quality. We had some tile work going on in a new bathroom that created a hot water problem (not caused by Northridge) , and my wife had a laundry list of plumbing related to-do's. Tyler patiently fixed all of these other issues while he was here. I think I am quite picky and Tyler exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

This was the best possible experience you could wish for. Inquiry response time, expectations, quick and accurate estimate—they were able to come replace the waterheater very quickly. They were professional and did quality work. I can't speak highly enough—they fixed my entire stressful 12-hour day in a 5-minute phone call. No need to look any further. I don't often write reviews, unless I've really had an absolute best experience! Check them out—if you book them, you will not regret it in any way. i had Northridge Plumbing & Heating come out to replace my waterheater and fix several other plumbing issues, including a leaking sewer pipe, a leaky sink, and a slow drain.
I also learned that my previous waterheater probably died after six years because it didn’t have a descaler — something they added to my new unit to help prevent future problems.
They were professional, thorough, and reasonable, and they saved me a lot. Another plumber said it would take 2 days to do the work they completed in one.
Even though they’re based in Kaysville, they work up in the Logan/Richmond area. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let us know, through Thumbtack what your looking to have done in your home and we can either message back and forth if it's easiest to communicate this way. We can send you our number to call us on the phone to ask any questions you may have or we can come to you to walk through a job that is hard to explain without seeing it to give you a free quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees that work for us have or are in the process of completing the state requirements of getting a journeymen plumbing license.
We also hold a master plumbing license to preform any work needed on your home or buisness.
