I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars. The customer service I received was outstanding. I have been seeking exterminator services for years which would be effective in pest removal without harming my indoor and outdoor pets. I was amazed to learn that this company uses organic products which are not going to negatively impact animals. The appointment was scheduled quickly. The receptionist who scheduled the appointment was friendly and efficient. The professional showed up on time and was friendly and proficient. He completed a thorough sweep of my home. I was amazed that the product used was completely odor-free. I cannot state strongly enough how satisfied I was with my experience with Certified Services.
