I have been a customer with PMI Northern Utah for over 4 years now. I left my old property manager because they were unresponsive and unprofessional and I am very happy to be with PMI NU now. I’ve always wanted to keep my rental unit in top condition so I can move back in someday, and Daniel has done a fantastic job finding me the perfect tenants. If I ever have a question about tenants, property, financial statements, etc., I have always received prompt and clear answers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid property manager.
