- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount (up to $100) if you leave a review. I can offer upfront pricing so there aren't any surprises for the customer when I give them an invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple projects (less than a days work), I'll respond to the call on an hourly basis. If the customer chooses I can give prices per device or light installation so they know what to expect before I arrive. For larger projects I prefer to come look at the project and give a free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a five year electrical apprenticeship in SLC. I also taught electrical apprenticeship for two years at the MATC in Orem.
