- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept most forms of payment, and will be offering financing soon. We price projects passed on each situation for most work. We occasionally will run discounts or offers at different times of the year. We give free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting on the same page of what they want done, and giving them options to choose from
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical requires 4 years of school, and 3 state tests. And continuing education every 2 years. Also a business license that requires a state test and continuing education every 2 years.
