We charge by the LF for gutter, downspouts, miters, gutter guards. Soffit and Fascia by the square foot. We provide written estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Consultation "First, we start with a quick phone call or in-person meeting to understand your needs and answer any questions you have. This helps us figure out exactly what you’re looking for and how we can help." Inspection or Assessment "Next, we’ll come out to your property to do a thorough inspection or assessment. For example, if it’s roofing, we’ll check the entire roof system, take photos, and note any problem areas." Detailed Estimate & Options "Once we have all the details, we’ll put together a clear, detailed estimate. We’ll also discuss your options — whether it’s repair, replacement, or upgrades — so you can make the best decision for your budget and needs." Scheduling & Agreement "If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule the work at a time that works best for you. We’ll go over the agreement and answer any last questions so everyone’s on the same page." Work & Communication "Our crew shows up on time, does the work professionally, and keeps you updated throughout the process. We take care to protect your property and clean up thoroughly when we’re done." Final Walkthrough & Payment "When the work is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before we collect the final payment." Follow-Up & Support "After the job, we’re always here if you have questions, need warranty help, or want to plan future work. We stand behind what we do."
