- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
•Gutter pricing really does vary from home to home. •I personally like to discuss this with customers upon arrival of the estimate for full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•Tell me you want an estimate •I show up typically 1-2 days from then •We meet at the home together if possible and go over the project •I send over an estimate via text/email •Customer approves the job (in most cases I get 50% down to make sure we lock in material costs) •I show up and knock the work out ASAP (within two weeks of approval, usually week of).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing gutter, soffit, and fascia for about 5 years and worked for 3 different companies. One being one of the biggest in Utah before going on my own.
