So happy with my distance Reiki sessions with Elizabeth! I wasn't sure about the distance part...but I can feel the energy swirling above/in me as she starts working. Immediately felt relaxed and even fell asleep LOL She is as intuitive as she is heartwarming and I'm so happy with the results so far!

My reiki session with Elizabeth was very enlightening. I recognized patterns in my life that I wanted to change but felt unsure of where to begin. The visualization at the beginning of the session gave some great insight and as I visited with Elizabeth, I felt clarity as to what my next step in healing needed to be. I believe reiki is a supportive tool not only for physical ailments, but any spiritual, mental, or emotional issue that needs healing. I am grateful to Elizabeth for sharing her intuitive gift of healing.

I went to Elizabeth for a Reiki session. It was my first time and she was extremely helpful in explaining to me the process so I knew what to expect and felt comfortable. It was a beautiful experience. She tailored the use of essential oil to my needs and preferences, helping me relax even further and enjoy the scents as I was trying to focus my mind and breath. I could feel the energy of her work and after several days, I have noticed a distinct lightness in my mind, body, and spirit. I will absolutely be scheduling another session

Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic! I feel incredible even after just one session. I feel more like myself after her visit. I don’t know how she did it but she means well and knows what she is doing. I didn’t have to tell her much of anything! She just knew I was emotionally in pain during the session. Highly recommend! I feel like me again thank you! I also plan to go back to her for sure when needed. I also have to say, If you believe in the form of medicine and have a open mind and let your energy out mentally, I believe you won’t be disappointed or dissatisfied.

I had a wonderful experience at Lightning Peak Wellness! My wife went first a couple weeks ago and loved it. I went in today with a lot of stress and tension. Elizabeth had me visualize myself with less stress as she worked in me. I noticed a quick and drastic change as I began to relax. Even though the issues that cause my stress are still very much present in my life, their effects have been greatly reduced. Elizabeth also focused a lot of time on my need to speak up for myself. I felt as if it was easier to talk to others and speak my mind. This has since led to many great changes in my life. I had difficult conversations that end up leading me to a new job and a better quality of life. I would 1000% recommend Lightning Peak Wellness to anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you’ll complete a coaching application and then I’ll contact you to schedule a complimentary Clarity Session where we identify your goals and vision. If we decide to work together, we’ll decide on a fitting coaching container. Typically this looks like a 3- or 6-month plan, meeting 3 weeks per month with one week for integration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Mastery Method Coach and have completed multiple accredited certification programs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a wellness professional since 2013 in many modalities, including yoga, Reiki, and coaching. I love helping people experience relief, empowerment, healing, self-connection, and change. Coaching is the deepest and most lasting transformative way I can support people and that is my deepest joy.
