- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of this info is on my website! However, i do always offer discounts on prints to customers as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fill out a form on my website to schedule a short 5-15 minute call. Then nail down all the details on the call and we both decide if I’m the right fit for your photography needs. If so a contract is signed and a deposit for half the total shoot cost paid upfront. I have an extremely busy volatile schedule, this is necessary to ensure all customers are treated equally and fairly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a photography class in college...it was hogwash..but they had really expensive equipment and studio space to work with and i was in there day and night. I consider myself self taught.
