- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
24/7/365 we are working to make sure our customers needs are met. For residential and and vacation property management we have a full service property management solution, for a fixed fee or starting as low as 8% of rent. We also have a fully staffed team at PMI Utah that specializes in HOA’s.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Right from the start you should know, we work very quickly to get your property leased! As soon as you signup as a PMI Utah customer, we go to work for you. Here is a bit of what we are going to do for you........ Preparing, organizing, staging, making ready, FOR SURE. Marketing and Tenant Screening, WE DO IT. Leasing, ABSOLUTELY. Tenant Retention Programs, ALWAYS. Collecting Rents, Paying Bills, Fixing Maintenance Problems, OF COURSE. Accounting and Reporting Services, YES! Inspections, Evictions and Collections, IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE. 24/7 Access to ALL of your Property Information, ANYTIME ANYWHERE. Buying/Selling a Property, NO PROBLEM.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff includes licensed real estate brokers and agents, certified property managers and maintenance professionals that have years of property management and real estate experience. And just as important, we make sure all of the service providers (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that work on your property (if/when its needed) are licensed and insured.
