- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary due to how personalized your security system can be. For basic services calls, our base price, which includes our trip fee and the first hour of labor is $199. Each other after is $85 an hour/
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get in contact with a customer, we'll schedule a time to send out a tech to conduct a property survey for an estimate. We'll then work on getting you an estimate within 72 hours. Once you've had a chance to review it, we'll schedule a time to get your project started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs have been in the industry for over 10+ years! They have seen and worked with countless systems, and always are willing to learn.
