We had no idea what to do so we made a thumbtack post. We were given the run around until lone peak came out. They assessed it with meters, thermal imaging and ultimately we gave them permission to open up the wall. They found a leaky pipe that had caused all kind of damage. This was scary but we felt at ease because we trusted Jason and his expertise. Everything he told us was true and correct. This failed tub pipe turned into an unexpected remodel with help of our insurance. We’re so happy with how our shower turned out! They helped with our insurance claim and everything! Insurance was trying to low ball us and they made sure to fight to get us what we deserved. We decided to get rid of all the plastic surround and paid the difference for tile (Which was way more affordable than we thought it was going to be). They coordinated plumbers, tile guys, demo everything. It was so easy! Nothing but a great experience with these guys. Highly recommend them!
