Ben was very responsive in our need of mold remediation. I had contacted him through thumbtack late on a Thursday evening and he responded very quickly. I was starting to wonder if he even slept because of the time he reached back out to me. He was very professional on the phone and knew exactly what to do. He sent his team out to do the airtesting as well as help kill the mold. When he first told me the price I was a little sticker shocked but then when explained everything he was gonna do and how quick he could get his team out to help me the price wasn’t so bad after all. His company was the only company to get back to me in a timely manner and a solution to help me out. When it was all said and done the whole process from the time I reached out to him to the time his team completed the job was 12 hours. I am extremely happy with everything and would recommend this company to anyone.

I recently discovered mold on a wall in my dining room. Not having any experience with mold remediation, I had no clue where to start. I found Asset Environmental Services as well as a few others on Thumbtack and started reaching out. In addition, a friend recommended Asset Environmental Services so based on this recommendation and my discussion with Ben, the owner I used their service. I could not have been happier. They came out within a couple of days (there was no need for an emergency call out in my situation) and took care of the issue within 2 hours. The service technicians (Chad and Jeremy) were great to explain to me how their process works so I could understand what they were doing and why it would work. Within a business day after they completed the remediation, I was provided a copy of the test results showing the full removal of the mold. I would highly recommend these guys.

Just feeling so grateful right now. During this COVID outbreak when we’re supposed to be staying inside, we found out that we have black mold and our home is no longer safe. In a panic I reached out to Asset Environmental on a Sunday and Ben immediately responded. He answered all of my questions, addressed all of my worries, and put my mind at ease knowing that this is all treatable. Mold can be a serious remediation process. We are more competitive than traditional firms, and typically treat more of your home for the price.

We prefer over the phone communication to discuss the scope and nature of the work, then provide recommendations based on our past experience. We are primarily interested in the safety and convenience of our clients as we perform treatments on their homes and commercial spaces.
