I just had B & P over to clean out my furnace ducts and a seriously clogged dryer vent.

Francisco the owner & Bruce his associate did a great job cleaning our air vents & ducts. Super nice & careful with the hose as not rub against the walls. Over all, we are very happy we had B&P air duct provide us with this service! Thanks!!

Called B&P for a routine dryer vent cleaning - turns out the vent piping had almost entirely melted away! No way I would have known without Francisco, who may very well have saved my life from the house fire that would have probably happened had I delayed calling anyone.
He and Jimmy worked very quickly to put in a nice, durable vent that is much easier to clean. Price was VERY reasonable especially considering the sudden expansion of scope of work beyond a typical dryer cleaning.

Francisco and Jimmy were wonderfully communicative and showed me the process and dirt clearing along the way. They worked quickly while providing tips to prevent buildup in the future. I did not feel coerced or scammed in anyway. The biggest shock and gratitude was when they cleared out the dryer vent; I could have easily had a fire for how much buildup there was! My house was built in 1958 and I have lived here 10 years, so I don’t know if there has ever been a cleaning done before. I HIGHLY recommend the quality service this company provides!
