- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small, family owned and operated business. Low overhead so we are able to provide Quality work at 20% under retail value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation and measurements, go over the design plans. We prepare an estimate. Once we agree on the plan moving forward, we require a 50% deposit to cover materials and the final upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years of experience in the construction industry, a Bachelors Degree and a Master Electrician license.
