Showed up on time and completed the repair (drain pump on my front load washing machine) quickly. Great communication as well. Repair came with a 90 day labor and parts warranty. I didn’t really shop around so I can’t speak to the value ($290 total for the part and labor), but it seemed reasonable and there was no intense sales pressure.

He arrived immediately. He went to work and found the problem. He showed me what it would cost to repair with the parts. I told him to go ahead. He was back the next working day with the parts and it’s running great.
