The 2 movers were wonderful, they took great care of the furniture, made sure they set up and took down. Were hard workers and very polite. Will definately use the again!

One of the most frustrating experiences. I was told packers would be coming at 8am. I paid a $100 deposit. They didn’t show. I had movers show up with nothing packed. The packers called me 30 min before the movers showed up and apologized for the no show because someone was out due to family issues and they were behind schedule. I told them not to come anymore because there was no time. I had reserved them for 2 hours.
I tried to reach out to the thumbtack contact letting them know that they were an hour late and no response. I told them that they didn’t show up and no response that day.
I asked for a refund and they told me no. I showed them the call log where the packer called me 30 min before the movers came and they still didn’t believe me. This is a scam. Someone is lying inside (the guy who never showed up) and now they won’t refund me.

The movers were great! Loved the actual movers.
The company sucks!!! They double charged me!!! I called and called left many message and NO ONE would call me back! I got an overdraft charge because of them! I have NEVER had an overdraft charge in my life!!!!! I WOULD NEVER recommend this company to anyone I care about. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. Still got charged an overdraft fee!!! Incompetent office staff or owners! I would look elsewhere. Wish I could have used the company I used before L & J Movers 385-252-9447 best movers I have ever used. So glad that I found their # Unfortunately I couldn’t find their number until I already moved.
