My house was built back In the 60s and presented a lot of issues all at once. Braden and Tyler were awesome to work with and were great problem solvers with all that our house threw at them. The got us a new roof, new gutter, soffit and facia for a great price. The craftsmanship is fantastic. I would recommend them for anything your house needs

I was very pleased with the entire crew and experience with Chipman Roofing. Brayden was always available for questions and patient as I changed a few items days before the installation. I own an electrical contracting business and I believe in a fair price for high quality work. I received both. The installation crew was very professional and hard working. Ausencio was not only skilled and efficient, he was great to work with during the installation. His team cleaned up every night and arrived on time each morning.I would highly recommend anyone planning a roofing project contact Chipman Roofing and reviewing some of their installations. My project included removal of two courses of asphalt shingles and a flat build up roof in the patio. They were replaced them with new 50 year shingle and a TPO membrane on the patio. Both excellent work. The project was quick, efficient and clean.Pictures show the roof during construction. They insulated the patio roof, placed a 2x4 to anchor the front/back of the solar panels, and placed new OSB boards on the patio and any place on the main roof with water damage. It will be very easy for me to enclose my patio now as well as expand my solar power system to the patio. One piece of advice as a contractor: Offer the workers a cold water or drink when the weather is hot. These guys were baking on the roof, but continued to work hard all day.

Chipman roofing did an amazing, professional and superior job on removing the old 20 year roof with an inspection and installing modern quality materials for peace of mind. Additionally they installed 2 skylights for increased natural light. Finally they removed the old worn guttering and installed brand new crafted quality gutters. Chipman crew are absolute craftsman, efficient and a very reliable. Great business etiquette.

If you are shopping around for a roofing company like I was, i'll save you some time and tell you to go with Chipman Roofing. I received 7 bids and every other roofing company just provided me with a final price, no breakdown of materials or labor or anything (and some were extremely expensive), except for Chipman Roofing. I was given a details breakdown of the entire job, provide with written details about my new warranty and on top of that it was the most competitive price for all services provided. The crew came out earlier than expected and was extremely friendly and detail oriented. Every nail and scrap was picked up by the crew. I also was advised prior to the job that my attic was not properly ventilated on one side, which shows how much this company cares about the quality of their work and my overall experience instead of just treating my house as a quick job.

Brayden is amazing he spent time working with me to get the color to match and described how they were going to do the work.he had this new piece of equipment that Id never seen before that kept the old shingles from laying on the ground and i didn't have to worry about old shingles pieces all over my lawn. I love these guys.

Matt, thank you so much for those kind words. The machine you're referring to is called an equipter. Its how we navigate landscaping, tight spaces and clean job site. Also keeps from damaging drive ways. Thank you so much for allowing us to roof your home... We cant wait to work with again!
