FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only standard pricing system we have is for rental properties and other unoccupied real estate that can be summed up using the square footage of living space. Anyone can call and get those prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me I like to ask some general questions about the project and get a feel for what they're looking for. Then we set up an appointment to meet and go over the project in person. That way an accurate quote can be provided as well as a good established relationship. When I work with a new customer I make sure that they are going to want to use us again or refer us to a friend or family member. I make sure that their expectations are met and we leave their home better than it was.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a student of business and art I have acquired great customer relations by meeting or exceeding the customer satisfaction. I listen to what the customer needs and wants in order to provide professional consultation. I will promptly put together an estimate that tailors to everyone's needs and reflects everything that we will do to accomplish an outstanding finished product.
