I love this place! It's a great FULL body workout but it's also so different than the usual workout that it's fun! Don't be afraid of the "kickboxing" part, it's a great workout and you can go at your own pace.
Brett came to our location as part of a team building session as part of our training when starting a new job. He was very knowledgable in the subject of self defense. In the hour class, Brett taught us several techniques on how to defend ourselves against an attacker from several different forms of attack. Brett also explained how the forms of defense taught were more beneficial. I would definitely take another one of Brett's classes and am interested in looking into his kick boxing classes.
Nate is awesome to work with! I have been boxing with him for a while and I love it. Very knowledgable and professional. Is able to edit is training to fit exactly what you need and want. Nate also does a killer job of not only training/showing I you what to do but why it is beneficial.

Michael is excellent!! Acupuncture is awesome and he prescribed an herbal supplement for me that has lowered my blood pressure to a healthy range! And I have NO side effects from the supplement (that is saying something). Bravo!!
