- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some services have standardized pricing that is all inclusive from start to finish. Other projects are billed hourly or by the sqft, the needs of the project will be established in our initial consultation and a written estimate is provided with everything. After a budget is established it will be strictly adhered to and nothing will be added on or up sold unless requested by the client. Here are some examples Logo Package $200-500 all inclusive Design & Layout $25-50 an hour Vinyl Graphics $2-15 per sqft Installation & removal $2-5 per sqft These are a general idea of typical graphic projects we will discuss and establish your project budget in detail in our initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a consultation to establish the objective of the project, sometimes this can be quick and easy and done over phone and e-mail such as a banner or other promotional designs & prints. Other projects that need a bit more attention are best accomplished with a face to face meeting where we can discuss in more length the long term objective of the project, sketch out ideas and discuss important details such as logos, signage or permanent graphics. Weather your project is quick and easy or needs attention to the details we will take the time needed to get the job done right! Projects that require an install of graphics will typically require a site visit to measure and asses the needed details. We always are happy to accommodate to your schedule for all project consultations & installations days, nights and weekends if needed.
