Josh came out and did an inspection on a property for me. He was very knowledgeable and honest with what he saw. It did not try and up sell me, he told me that the home was in safe order and the mold that was there was in need of minor remediation that I could do myself saving me money. I will be recommending him to anyone that is in need of mold remediation in my industry as a real estate investor.

Josh and his team gave us exactly what we wanted with our paint job! They were efficient, clean, skilled, respectful, meticulous in cleaning up their mess, and they were so nice to my wife and kids, even though my toddlers got underfoot a little bit. Their price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We love how quick they were to respond on Thumbtack and how they took care of our home - it was a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing at explaining what needed to be done, how to get it done and even where to get the materials needed. Even though they didn't do the work, they rented me the Air filters to get the job done properly.
