This was my first experience with Thumbtack and with 1Ace. I gave them the job from hell ! ( sorry there are no other words ! ) I had other's respond to my request. 1ACE was the only company that responded reasonably The were timely, very reasonably priced and they really listened and evaluated the problem. This was not your average deck washing job. It was over the top challenging ! Other companies responded as if it would be easy. It was clear they didn't listen to the problem. This job required research and 1Ace was willing to do it and try different methods to remove Deck Over from our 610 foot deck. Cindy and her team did a beautiful job literally transforming our deck ! It was totally braun and brains that got the job done ! I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with them. They are now are go-to contractors for all our home projects. Thank you so much!!!!

Midi was most excellent. He was the highest rated home inspector in Utah on Google and so glad that I found him. He was very thorough and found things that normal inspectors wouldn't have caught. He uses high tech equipment to look for mold and other anomalies. He was very detailed about the pictures he took and what he advised needed to be monitored. The final report was very professional and had everything I needed. Highly recommend him!

WOW!! These guys are top notch. I'm in the construction business and hire subs in six different states. I would love to have these guys on all my projects. If you need flooring or mold remediation these are your guys. They are professional, honest, reliable, hard-working overall amazing. In construction things Change Daily. They adapted and they helped me out when I could not complete a task. They never complained, they were always upbeat and had a great positive attitude. If you're a homeowner you would love to have these guys in your house working on a project they're clean, neat, professional. I just can't say enough good things about them. Five stars is not enough. I hired A Plus to fix the crumbling mortar in my chimney. Mike did a fantastic job; it was done quickly, cleanly, and is probably sturdier now than when it was first built. He also removed a superfluous additional chimney (probably from a wood stove) and patched the roof. I'm very satisfied with the work and would recommend A Plus.

Josh came out and did an inspection on a property for me. He was very knowledgeable and honest with what he saw. It did not try and up sell me, he told me that the home was in safe order and the mold that was there was in need of minor remediation that I could do myself saving me money. I will be recommending him to anyone that is in need of mold remediation in my industry as a real estate investor.

This was an amazing process. The guys came over assess the damage and treated all within the same day. Mold was completely eliminated and I was so relieved. When I finally realized how much money I was saving in comparison to hiring a disaster company I was blown away. Ben was also able to talk my husband through some very difficult questions about whether or not the process worked.

I thought there was mold growing in a bathroom where the shower had been leaking out of the tub onto the baseboard and into the wall. The No Demo guy came to assess the situation the day after I contacted the company. He did not find traces of mold, but instead told me how to fix the leaking situation myself for under $20 to prevent mold from starting to grow. The visit was free of charge. I am very grateful for his honesty and helpfulness.

Brighton Home Inspections did a thorough job and brought several things to my attention that needed work, including the roof. I was really impressed with the pictures and the description of the problems! I would definitely recommend you to others.
