Expressing myself with music has brought me an incredible amount of joy in my life, and I am passionate about passing that on to others. With 15 years of experience playing piano, and four years of experience working in education, I am confident in my ability to pass my experience on to my students.

Emma is ALWAYS 2 min early, sets a timer so we start on time and end on time, and manages lessons to keep me both involved and challenged (but not so challenged I am frustrated). As an adult learner, I appreciate her intelligence and humor. Fun fact, Emma has no sense of smell!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to work with a new student to figure out what their individual musical goals are. Using this I would adjust curriculum and choose repertoire to help them to move towards their goals while playing pieces they like in the process!

I have worked with students of a wide range of ages, from kindergartners to seniors, and skill levels ranging from absolute beginners to advanced students.
