FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our top 5 most common jobs are; Virus Removal, PC Tuneup, Diagnostics and Repair, Home Network installation, and data recovery. Virus Removal is self explanatory but the others are a bit more ambiguous. PC Tuneup entails our refined cocktail of tools for clearing up disk space, stopping those unwanted programs from running in the background, eradicating any minor spyware and malware scurrying around your computer slowing things down, and making sure your machine is up to date and ready to run at top speed. Our diagnostics are completely free. That's not kind of free or hidden fee free. It's honestly truly no charge free. We can't tell you what kind of repair we're looking at until we've looked at it. Everyone needs a home network but setting it up your self can be confusing, frustrating, and leave your self open to digital theft. Having one of our trained technicians come and hook you up is easier and safer. Those are two things everyone wants What's something no one wants but everyone eventually get's? That's right, lost data. EasyPc technicians have special tools designed specifically for data recovery. Every data loss is different so give us a call to see what we can recover.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a gentleman who had been having laptop problems. Unfortunately, he took his laptop to a different squad who, instead of listening to the customer, took out there rubber stamp and reinstalled his operating system. Thus, erasing all of his data. When the company refused to take responsibility for their error he came to us in a panic. Over 3 years of family pictures and memories had been lost, not to mention all of his work. But as with many EasyPc stories this one has a happy ending. Our EasyPc technician listened to the whole story and communicated with the customer understanding what he wanted and needed. The technician was then able to recover all of the gentleman's data. The moral of the story is no one has customer service like EasyPc does and if a company can't understand the customer they'll never understand the problem

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are three main factors when looking for any business. Customer service, experience, and price. If a business is lacking in any of these categories steer clear. If you find a company with grate price and good experience you may get a good product for cheep but not the product you wanted. Cheep bread is grate but not if I came for milk. Likewise, if you find a company with grate customer service and prices but lousy experience you might make some grate friends but you'll never get your cereal to taste right. It's only when you come across a company like EasyPc that you'll find the best of all three. Outstanding customer service, years of experience, and unbeatable prices. Now you can have breakfast.
