Dj Vai was so considerate and super flexible with our schedule changes. He reached out before the party and understood what we wanted. He mixed my wife(Latin) and my(west African) cultures and American culture to get the crowd going! If you’re in the Utah County area and needing a DJ and you’re not getting DJ Vai then what are you even doing?

I'm writing this a little late but wanted to give a review of SME Event. My wife and I got married back in August and when I started looking for a DJ, I reached out to a few in the area. DJ Vai responded very quickly (he was the first to respond by a long shot) and was able to answer all my questions and let me know our DJ would be Ryan. Fast forward to our wedding date and Ryan showed up a little early to get set up (punctuality is important). He rocked it! The music was on point. He played a variety of music that we had requested (mix of hip hop, country, rock, etc.) and kept the guests engaged and a lot of people dancing. I highly recommend SME event for your wedding reception or party. Next time we need a DJ I will definitely reach back out to them.

DJ Vai helped the night move along so smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better!! The dance party was for sure everyone’s favorite part. He was easy to work with. Responded really quick and was so on top of everything. He came early to setup and take down. The whole process with DJ Vai was a breeze. We would choose him over and over again!! Truly the best and made our wedding so so much fun.

Quite simply, DJ Vai was the best wedding DJ I have seen. He took the time to put together a playlist based on our requests, and was a big hit with our guests. His effort truly made our night. I highly recommend!

Our pricing can vary but our starting price is at $1299.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know you first and what your story is. We want to make sure that your event is Powerful, Unique, Epic, Reflects who you truly are and we make it memorable. We sit down and create your unique event. You will have access to our app in order to create your timeline and add some of your special songs. Two weeks prior to your event, we will meet and finalize all the details.
